V. Newsletter

We offer a newsletter that informs you about all news regarding products, services and events of 24Health GmbH. 

If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, you must enter your name and e-mail address (mandatory information) in the form provided for this purpose or in the general contact form to receive the newsletter. In addition, you must consent to receive our newsletter by clicking on the respective checkbox.

VI. Google Maps

We use links to Google Maps on our website. 

Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive maps in order to visually present geographical information. By using this service, you will be shown our location and it will be easier for you to find us if necessary.

If you call up one of these links to Google Maps on our website, your personal data will only be collected and processed by Google when you execute the respective link. No prior data transfer takes place (e.g. through tracking pixels or similar).

pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;

pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller;

revoke any consent you have given us at any time in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR. This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing based on these consents for the future. An informal e-mail to info@platform24.com is sufficient for your revocation;
