Together for Accessible Digital Care: The Power of Eurocross & Platform24

For two years now, Eurocross Medisch Service Center and Platform24 have been working intensively together on a safe, user-friendly online care solution. Platform24’s MDR-certified platform offers patients the opportunity to digitally triage, chat or video call with a Eurocross nurse, and thus quickly determine whether self-care is sufficient, contact with Eurocross is necessary or whether an appointment with the GP is desired.
In addition, the platform enables home monitoring for general chronic conditions, for which Eurocross can provide the medical service. Come along and discover how this unique combination of care services and innovative platform makes care accessible and usable!
