Praktikertjänst has signed a framework agreement with Platform24

March 18, 2026

Praktikertjänst AB, Sweden’s largest group within private dental and healthcare, has signed a framework agreement with Platform24 Healthcare AB. The agreement means that Praktikertjänst’s more than 160 healthcare clinics across the country will now have access to a market-leading digital healthcare platform to, based on their local needs and conditions, strengthen accessibility and facilitate the work for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Following a completed procurement process, Praktikertjänst has chosen Platform24 as one of its framework agreement suppliers. The collaboration aims to provide the group’s clinics with modern tools for, among other things, digital triage, chat, and video visits.

“We are pleased with the trust placed in us to collaborate with Praktikertjänst. An important part of the agreement is flexibility – each clinic can set up its own digital opening hours and how patient cases should be handled, based on their own conditions,” says Tobias Perdahl, Co-CEO and specialist physician, Platform24.

Tailored solutions for local needs The framework agreement is designed to give Praktikertjänst’s various operations great flexibility. The clinics can choose between three different packages based on their specific needs:

  • Full service: A complete platform with full functionality for digital case management.
  • Video: A dedicated solution for secure digital healthcare meetings via video.
  • Send-outs: An efficient service for asynchronous communication and form management.

Through the agreement, individual clinics and subsidiaries within Praktikertjänst can easily order the services through ready-made packages, which enables a fast and structured implementation integrated into Praktikertjänst’s own app.

In addition, the units have the option to add on supplementary services such as support for remote patient monitoring (RPM), structured care plans via Pathways, AI-based charting support through NoteAssist, as well as integrations with TeleQ, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Medituner. This allows the clinics to gradually develop their digital way of working and creates the conditions for a more cohesive care process, reduced administration, and better support in daily clinical work.

“Through the framework agreement with Platform24, we continue to strengthen our digi-physical care model with improved patient flows and increased accessibility and continuity. The framework agreement also gives our healthcare operations increased freedom of choice and the opportunity to choose the digital communication platform that best suits their employees and patients,” says Carl-Olof Veraeus, Head of Digital Development within Healthcare at Praktikertjänst.

About the agreement The main agreement initially runs until February 28, 2028, with the possibility of extension.
