Swedish Medtanken Group enters into collaboration with Platform24

Swedish company Medtanken Group, compromising 27 healthcare centers, rehab centers and specialist hospitals in Västra Götalandsregionen and Region Skåne, has entered into a collaboration with the health technology company Platform24. The collaboration aims to provide patients and employees with new digital solutions for better and smoother care.

Innovative platform for care and communication

Through this partnership, Medtanken Group and Platform24 will develop and implement a series of new tools and services to make healthcare more accessible and efficient for both patients and caregivers. By integrating Platform24’s technical platform with Medtanken Group’s medical services, a seamless care experience is created that creates a safe and easy path for the patient through the care system. At the same time, meetings and communication between caregiver and patient are simplified.
